New Beginnings operates as a shared co-living boarding home providing housing accommodations only. We are not an assisted living facility, adult foster care home, medical facility, rehabilitation center, or healthcare provider.
New Beginnings does not provide:
Residents are responsible for managing their own daily living needs independently.
All residents must be able to safely live independently and perform their own daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and self-care.
Individuals who use assistive devices such as wheelchairs, walkers, or canes are welcome, provided they are able to care for themselves without assistance from housing staff.
While services are not provided on-site, residents may be referred to outside community organizations or service providers if additional support is needed. Participation in outside services is voluntary and arranged directly by the resident.
