Creating a Safe, Respectful Living Environment

At New Beginnings, our goal is to maintain a peaceful, clean, and respectful shared living community for all residents. The following guidelines help ensure comfort and safety for everyone.

Quiet Hours

Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Please be respectful of others by keeping noise levels low during these hours.

Monthly Payment Due Date: 30th of each month

Kitchen Guidelines

  • Clean up immediately after cooking
  • Use only your own groceries and food items
  • If dishwasher is full, please start it
  • If dishwasher is clean, help empty it
  • Take trash out if the bin is full

Living Room Rules

  • Do not leave personal belongings or clothing in common areas
  • Clean up after yourself
  • Turn off electronics when finished using them
  • Do not use other residents' personal items or devices

Laundry Area

  • Do not leave clothing in the washer or dryer
  • Remove laundry promptly after cycles finish
  • Be respectful of shared laundry access

Guests Policy

  • Guests are not permitted without management approval
  • Home is maintained as a drug and alcohol-free environment

Smoking Policy

  • No smoking or vaping inside the home
  • Smoking allowed outside or designated areas only
  • Properly dispose of cigarette butts — no littering

Cleanliness & Shared Spaces

  • Keep bathrooms clean after each use
  • Maintain personal hygiene
  • Respect shared living spaces
  • Report maintenance issues promptly

  • Follow all house safety guidelines
  • Help maintain a safe living environment for everyone

New Beginnings is a shared co-living environment designed to provide safe, respectful, and stable housing for all residents.

To maintain community harmony, resident placements are carefully considered based on:

  • Gender-based housing assignments
  • Ability to live independently
  • Shared living compatibility
  • Safety and comfort of current residents
  • Compliance with house guidelines

Important Notes:

  • For privacy and safety purposes, genders are not mixed within the same home
  • Placement decisions are final once assigned
  • New Beginnings reserves the right to determine appropriate housing placement to ensure a positive and safe living environment for everyone in the home
